A London-based millionaire, deaf-mute, Surbhi (Tamannaah Bhatia) makes multiple enemies when she decides to use the property she inherits from her adoptive mother towards the betterment of kids living in an Indian orphanage.
Shankar (Mahesh Babu) is an orphan who is adopted by a sincere police officer (Rajendra Prasad). But he is forced to leave and become a cop on his own. Shankar is a powerful police officer who uses unconventional methods to bring criminals to justice. He is posted to a village where Damodhar (Sonusood) is building a power plant, which is fiercely opposed by the locals. Shankar finds a personal connection after going to the village. Rest of the story is all about how Shankar sets everything right.
The young Shivudu is left as a foundling in a small village by his mother. By the time he’s grown up, it has become apparent that he possesses exceptional gifts. He meets the beautiful warrior/princess Avanthika and learns that her queen has been held captive for the last 25 years. Shividu sets off to rescue her, discovering his own origins in the process.
